Terms & Conditions

These terms govern your use of the aizenia website and your contracting of its services. aizenia is Aizenia for Digital Services, formerly Al Designer. By using the website or ordering our services, you agree to these terms.

Content: The website's content describes our services. Its text and designs may not be copied or used commercially without our written permission.

Prices: Published prices may change; the binding price is the one in the quote you accept.

Start of the contract: A contract starts when you accept the quote and pay the deposit. The quote defines the scope, timeline, price and what is not included.

Quote validity: A quote is valid for 14 days from the date it is sent.

Each package has a defined scope and a set number of revisions. Anything outside the scope is priced separately and agreed in writing before we do it.

Projects: 50% upfront on starting, 50% on delivery.

Subscriptions: Hosting, email and annual renewals are paid in advance for each year. Ads management fees are paid monthly in advance, and the ad budget is separate.

Payment methods: Bank transfer, InstaPay and mobile wallets.

Timing: Timelines start once we receive the content and materials we need from you. Any delay in materials or approvals moves the delivery date by the same amount.

Content: You're responsible for the accuracy of the content you provide and for holding the rights to use it (text, images and trademarks).

After delivery, you review the work within 7 days, and your feedback is handled within your package's revisions. If we receive no feedback in that period, the work is considered accepted.

Your website: Once all fees are paid, the website and its content are yours and the domain is registered in your name. From Presence upward you get full admin access; with Launch you receive a complete copy of the site after it's built. If you move elsewhere, we hand over the site and its files.

Our tools: General tools and components we use across projects remain ours, and you have the right to use them within your project. Paid third-party plugins and themes are subject to their owners' licences.

Automation systems: Once all amounts due are paid, the automation systems we build specifically for you are yours: the workflows and their settings, and your data and content. The quote states where the system runs — on your accounts or on our servers. If it runs on our servers, we give you a working export of the workflows and your data on request. General components and tools we use across projects remain ours, and you may use them within your system. Third-party service accounts (such as AI models) follow what the quote specifies.

With website and store packages, hosting is free for the first year and then renews annually. We remind you well before renewal; if renewal isn't completed after our reminder, the service may be suspended, and we're not responsible for losing a domain that expired without renewal.

Support and maintenance: Technical support is free on hosting packages. Maintenance is free for the first year on sites we build, then priced per site, and doesn't include new features or redesigns.

Payment gateways, shipping companies, ad platforms, AI models and plugins are subject to their providers' terms; we aren't responsible for their outages or changes to their policies or fees.

AI output can contain errors, so our systems include human review points, and the client remains responsible for reviewing content before publishing. Monthly running costs (such as AI services and hosting) are set out in the quote.

We don't guarantee a specific number of leads or sales. The management fee covers running campaigns and designing ads; the ad budget is separate, and landing pages and follow-up systems are priced separately. Ads are subject to each platform's policies and approval.

Confidentiality: We keep your information confidential and use it only to deliver the service.

Portfolio: We may showcase your project in our portfolio with your approval.

We're not liable for indirect damages such as lost profits or data. In any case, our liability doesn't exceed the amount paid for the service in question during the 12 months before the claim.

Because our work starts as soon as the contract begins, amounts paid are non-refundable once work has started. You can stop a project at any time with written notice: we stop work and hand over what has been completed up to that date. Annual subscriptions (hosting, email and renewals) and monthly ad management fees are not refunded for a period that has already started; you can stop them from renewing before the renewal date.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt, and the courts of Giza have jurisdiction over any dispute.
