This policy explains how aizenia (Aizenia for Digital Services, formerly Al Designer) collects, uses and protects personal data when you visit our website or contact us.

What you give us: Your name, mobile number, email, company name, and your project details and messages, when you send them through our forms, WhatsApp or email.

What is collected automatically: The pages you visit, where your visit came from (such as ad campaigns and their identifiers), your device and browser type, and your approximate location — through cookies and analytics tools.

What we don't collect: We don't collect payment card details through the website.

• to improve the website and measure our ads

We don't sell your data: We never sell your personal data, and we don't use it for purposes other than those listed here.

We process your data based on your consent when you submit a form, to perform a service you contracted, for our legitimate interest in improving the website, or to meet a legal obligation.

Service providers: Service providers we rely on to run the website and our business, only as far as each service requires: Google (analytics, ads and workspace tools), Meta (WhatsApp), and our hosting and email providers.

Authorities: Public authorities, when required by law.

Transfers outside Egypt: Some providers store data on servers outside Egypt; we choose providers that offer appropriate safeguards.

We keep enquiry data for 24 months from the last contact if you don't become a client, and client data for the duration of the contract, then for as long as accounting and tax laws require.

We protect data with limited access permissions, encrypted connections (HTTPS) and regular reviews of the systems we use.

Your rights: You have the right to access your data, correct it, request its deletion, object to its processing or withdraw your consent, and stop any marketing messages.

When we host our clients' systems or build automation for them, we process their customers' data on their behalf and only on their instructions, governed by our service agreement.
