With every website or store we build, domain, hosting, SSL, support and maintenance are free for the first year, then renew annually based on your website package from EGP 4,000. If your site was built elsewhere, we host it on packages from EGP 5,000 a year.

Sunday to Thursday, 10 am–6 pm Cairo time, with requests via WhatsApp or info@aizenia.com. Email is included from the Presence package.
FAQs
How much do hosting and support cost?
If we built your site: free for the first year, then an annual renewal based on your package from EGP 4,000 for websites and EGP 5,000 for stores. If your site was built elsewhere: hosting packages from EGP 5,000 to EGP 12,000 a year. Maintenance after year one is priced per site, and technical support is free on every package.
Is the domain registered in my name?
Yes. We register the domain in your name and manage it technically on your behalf — ownership stays clearly yours.
Can you host a website you didn't build?
Yes. We move your current site onto our managed hosting and take over the technical side, including SSL, backups and email.
What's the difference between support and maintenance?
Support is helping with hosting, domain, email and site-operation issues, and answering your questions during working hours. Maintenance is the regular work we do before problems appear: updates, monitoring and backups.
What happens after the first year?
We remind you well before renewal is due, and everything keeps running without interruption.
